Tips for winning at CS:GO!

How to win when you fail so bad! 

CS:GO is rocking the interwebs so lets learnt how not to die.

Sure getting shot in the face over and over is sooooo fun!! How about we look at 8 quick ways we can avoid getting thrown to the ground with 50 or so bullets in our skull bone:

1. Learn to Shoot: Read my previous post... But to sum it up simply shoot in short bursts or even a single bullet at time.  Spray and Pray is out of the question UNLESS the target is basically right in front of you.
2. Learn the maps: You can play with bots in CS:GO so do so!  They are there to give you the chance to learn the game and, in this case, the maps.  You will need to know them pretty well to do any good, also give to training mission ago, it gives you some basic tips on gameplay.
3. Know your objectives: Ok so first there are two types of game modes, The first is a DE map, in this mode Terrorist must bomb either site A or site B while the Counter-Terrorists must protect both.  The second is a CS map, in these maps the Counter-Terrorists must enter a location, grab hold of some hostages and bring them to the spawn point. Terrorists must stop them basically.  REMEMBER: The best way you can win a match is to simply kill the enemy team!!
4. Learn to Snipe: Sooner or later you will be faced with the mighty AWP, practice your sniping for such an occasion.
5. Learn the game types: CS:GO has many game types like Arms Race or Classic modes, i would recommend reading about these and also trying them out with bots before jumping into an online match.
6. Have a favorite gun: I have 3 favorite Terrorist guns, 2 favorite Counter-Terrorist guns and a favorite pistol that i have constantly used and gotten really good at, I would recommend the same.
7. Simply play the game: You will get better as you go, just jump on in and give it ago.  Sure you might suck at first but i guarantee you will improve with time!
8. Duck for the love of gaming!: Standing there like a twit and firing randomly around is not going to help, try holding crouch when you shoot to improve accuracy.  I do this every time I and it has helped me a lot!
